Description: The 26" wheel spins smoothly(bearings are good). The wheel spins true, with no variation. The wheel has some tiny paint splattering and general overspray from a careless nearby painter, there are some scuffed up spokes from chain behind where the cassette (had an 8spd) would be. I would consider this as a good low cost replacement for a daily beater. or if you were inclined to do some custom paint work. does ship with a specialized QR axle skewer as shown in the last pic.
