Description: Vintage Rare TN NOMURA tintoy Japan Police Department Car P.579 Friction. Car is 3 inches long. There seems to be some type of adhesive or tape on the front hood. I did not attempt to remove it because I would have no idea how to do that safely. Wheels move by hand, but it would need some adjustment to work freely on a surface. Again, something I cannot do. Please use photos to determine condition of the toy car.
