Description: Vintage rare ALCAS stainless 2-3/4" serrated steak knife model AHOI was made in Olean, NY. ALCAS was formed in 1949 as a partnership with ALCOA Aluminum, Case Cutlery & W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery. In 1982 it became a privately held company. The steak knife a half-tang construction with 2 brass rivets and is 7-7/8" long overall. The knife is in very good condition with very few scratches or marks. Please see all the pictures for more details.
