Description: 1928 Property Plot Plan of Eel Pond, Edgartown One-of-a-kind 1928 plot plan from the Eel Pond residence of Henry & Caroline Braley. Braley was an Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court as well as Mayor of Fall River. The changes to the shoreline of Eel Pond over the last 96 years is remarkable. The Braley name lives on today in Edgartown as the road to the property is called Braleys Way which leads to the Braleys Landing boat ramp on Eel Pond. Plot plan measures about 25" x 25". Condition: Map has been crudely folded all these years and has several creases/folds. Edges have creases, tears and wear. Two small areas have paint splatters as shown in close up photos. There are a few small holes at creases/folds. Reverse has soiling. Prompt, well packed shipping with tracking. Thanks.
