Description: Vintage Print On Wood Currier & Ives The Birth-place Of Washington 14" Farmhouse 14 1/8" x 9 1/4" x 3/4"1 lb 10.8 oz Charming wooden wall decor depicting an old Currier & Ives print entitled "The Birth-place Of Washington At Bridges Creek Westmoreland Co. VA Feb 22, 1732" . My guess is this is a transfer. It has a beautiful patina and country feel. I could see it in a cottage core or farmhouse setting. It's unique and sweet. I'm selling another similar piece that would look great paired and might even have been created by the same person in CT in 1971. Please feel free to check it out. There is wear to the wood and fading of the image. Please see pictures for condition detail. I refund shipping if it's less than estimated.
