Vintage Plymouth Drag Racing Game Sox & Martin GTX 1967 NMIB Rare J Day Mopar

Description: I just had the pleasure (sadly), of being the first person to see the incredible game collection of a gentleman in NE PA. He was a lifetime game player/collector. Unfortunately, he very recently passed away, leaving his wife to deal with several rooms in their house full of board games. I will be listing the games I purchased here on eBay over the next several weeks and months. He kept everything in amazing condition. Most games are complete and unplayed, some are sealed, and some have been carefully played. He went so far as to make his own pieces, cards, and/or counters, in some cases, to keep the game in pristine condition. I will do my best to describe the condition and note any issues on these rarer games. Here is beauty, This is a fairly rare board game. the Plymouth Drag Race Game dated 1967 J. Day. It features lots of Plymouth drag cars from back in the day, including the awesome Sox & Martin GTX. The game is near mint and appears unplayed. The cards are perfect, as is the board. The box top has no splits, just minor shelf wear. The game has all the cards, all 6 car tokens, and 7 of the 8 pegs. It is missing one yellow peg for marking the time position. It is a very generic piece, it would be easy to have one 3d printed. This is a nice one and it displays very well.
