Description: Another Pflueger Akron with beautiful scrollwork. Reel came clean as good as I could get it. I don’t think what remains is rust and someone who knows what they are doing can probably get the funk off by taking it apart. Reel is very smooth turning and clicker on/off also works. Thanks to another collector this reel sold for about 7.80 in 1937 and in today’s dollars you would pay close to 175. Amazes me.
