Description: A one-of-a-kind unique pedant necklace made by Danish jewelry artist Peter Wilhjelm Nielsen in the late 60s to mid 70s featuring an agate wrapped in wire in a Sterling silver setting with hand-forged individual pieces. The chain is made of brass plated with silver which has partially worn off, and most of the pendant is made of solid sterling silver with a couple mixed metal accent pieces. A rare and unique find from an important Scandinavian designer! Signed P.N.W. Denmark on the back side. Pendant measures 2 1/8" across and the chain is 28" long and slips over the head.The pendant is in great condition with light wear to the back side, and there is plating wear to the chain.
