Description: c. 1950s Vintage hand-painted National Society of Pershing Rifles hazing paddle owned by Charles Anderson (1941-2002), a 1962 graduate of Morgan State College (now University), and Baltimore County school system educator. Anderson was a member of the Morgan College chapter of the Pershing Rifles, a United States military-oriented collegiate drill unit. This particular piece features a likely in-joke phrase and humorous depiction of a man bent over saying "Hit Me, Big Brother".
