Description: Interesting perforated flower shaped top on antique look base. Metal with gold with minor paint loss. Hole down the center, for a plant perhaps. Decorative on its own. My consignor kept cotton balls in it on the vanity. The base spreads and one of the “ legs” is missing the metal ball at the end. Vintage or antique not signed.
