Description: One of the best russet colors I've ever seen. Very cute dress. Maybe handmade? Has the hand stitched hemline and no tags. Smocked waist with colorful stitching. Elasticized neckline and sleeves. Velour fabric. In good shape. Elastic is stretchy. Only flaws I've found are a few areas of fabric "pitting" where velour has worn down. I've included interior and exterior photos (not that noticeable on exterior). A few loose yarn threads at side seam of waist smocking. Hand washed and ready to go. This is in the XS/S size range.
