Description: Estate find. Wonderful large papier mache girl and boy Christmas carolers (2). The children appear to be from a poor family as evidenced by intentional tear or hole in the girl's apron. They both have stocking hats or scarves on the back of their heads. The girl may have originally also had a band of detail around her scarf as their appears to be something missing; it has been touched up by the previous owners. Subtle colors. Each piece shows minor wear, including minor paint wear. The girl stands 16" tall and the boy stands 14" tall. As with all vintage papier mache pieces, especially ones this large, they are delicate and extra care will be taken in shipping which can add to the weight and size of the packaging.
