Description: Vintage pair of 4" hair barrettes that are new, never used. They are clear with neon colored smiley faces throughout. They have a silver tone clip on the back that is marked Made in Taiwan. These are most likely from the 1990s. They are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or color loss. Colors are vibrant with no cloudiness or color loss. Great vintage hair accessory. Due to the style of clip, these are probably best suited for people with medium to thick hair. The clip may not hold on fine, thin hair. I multiples of these (as seen in the last photo), so the one you receive may not have the identical smiley face design shown in the photos, but it will be similar.
