Description: Softly striped waistcoat in a thick cotton canvas(?). Officially small but it is a loose fit on me and I am a size 12. 19", 48cm across when buttoned, and straight up and down. Can be worn loose over a loose shirt for a victorian boy/steampunk feel. Or buttoned up over a blouse and A-line skirt for a warm smart but not suited office look. That is what I did but it was really not quite fitted enough on me for that. So not much worn. Generally it is softer than new but no visible wear except for the big yellow paint splosh on the lining; I've no idea where that came from but it is out of sight inside.
