Description: This is a Vintage Original Cast Album: "Leonard Sillman's New Faces of 1952". It is a monoaural Vinyl LP in original jacket; it is NOT a reprint nor re-issue. The "New Faces" franchise was this producer's potpourri of talent that he scouted in various venues around the world (literally!) He had these revues in 1934, '36, '43, 1952, '56, '62, '68. This particular show ran for a year on Broadway and was then made into a film in 1954. Many recognizable names are in the cast including Eartha Kitt, Robert Clary, Paul Lynde, Alice Ghostley, Carol Lawrence, and others. Ronny Graham and Mel(vin) Brooks were writers of many of the sketches! This album is in generally Fair (+) condition. There is age fading on the cover color and reverse side foxing and abrasions. Also, there are splits to the top and bottom jacket cover edges. However, all printing is legible and RCA Victor labelling is clean and consistent.The vinyl itself is in good(-) condition. We see few cross-groove scratches and prints. The record is eminently playable on any turntable.There is NO record sleeve. P.S.
