Description: This is an original 1940's navy blue floral peplum dress. The dress is a crepe material and has raspberry, blue, green and white flowers. It looks like there may have been a label but was removed. It has a metal side zipper and thin belt loops but no belt. The measurements are as follows: Waist 16", under arm to under arm 19 1'2", shoulders 18", bust 19" ,length 43". If I had to guess I think it's about a size 8 maybe a small 10. The dress is in very good condition. It does have two tiny holes as shown in photo #9 and #8. The holes do not go through the entire fabric, they are only on the surface. One is down by the hem.
