Description: Here is a handsome vintage original BELLOVA LAMP IN EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION. There is a tag attached at the top of the base which reads : H.G . McFaddin & CO 40 Warren St. New York USA EMERALITE No 7 DESK lamp Pat App’D For There is a partial stamping on the inside of the shade that has most of the name BELLOVA stamped. I captured a picture of this stamping. The metal base is brass and it retains a very nice bronze-like finish. The lamp has been rewired with cloth covered wire which is like the original would have been and original rotary switch works well. Total height is 9” with the shade on. The acid etched BELLOVA shade, 7-7/8” wide & 3-1/4” deep, is excellent without any chips or cracks. There are 3 minuscule fleabites on the bottom rim that I captured in pictures that are barely visible to the naked eye. This shade is beautiful when lit. Just a great old lamp with strong vintage character and an impressive decorative presence! This lamp can also be picked up at my NE PA location.
