The outside frame measures approx. 20-3/8 X 16-3/8 inches the board measures Approx. 14 X 18 Inches What's wrong with it? Painting is in pretty good condition some minor paint loose and crackling and possibly over spray (very light white spots) and it could use a good cleaning as well the frame has minor nicks, chips, dents, and dings, stains and paint loose and needs a good cleaning as well.
