Ruched shoulders, shoulder pads, pretty buttons and turn up short sleeves. Sewn in nylon petticoat. Belt not included. Displayed on a size 10 mannequin giving it a nice oversized look. Depending on preference would accommodate up to a size 16. Bust 44” Armpit to armpit 23” Waist 20” Length from bottom of collar to hem 44” All items are hand picked and carefully checked.
