It is circa 1950's and comes from Fagans bar and eatery in the historic Cleveland Flats on the Cuyahoga River in downtown Cleveland. It was found during a remodel beneath a floorboard where the bar area used to stand. Fagans was known as the flagship of the Flats as it was the first bar encountered while travelling up the Cuyahoga River by boat. Fagans was popular with professional athletes and celebrities.
