It is made of clear mold blown glass and it has a white rubber o-ring, where it fits over the string of lights. It is 4.5 inches tall, by 1 inch wide (at the widest point) Most of our inventory was purchased either from the United States, or imported from Europe before 2004 making our items vintage treasures, most of which are now discontinued and hard to find!
