Description: Vintage Navy Chiffon Dress with White Embroidery & Beads, Late Teens, 1920s, some issues, altered ERA: True vintage item from the late Teens to early 1920sMEASUREMENTS: the item is 48 inches long, it will fit a 36 inch bust with room, 34 inch waist, 54 inches around hips. Shoulders are 17 inches wideMATERIAL: silk chiffon, thin liningLABEL: noneDark blue silk chiffon dress with attached blouse over the sleeveless dress. It has white embroidery and clear and frosted white beads. Wide bracelet length sleeves. The beaded pieces down the back form 2 tails that are longer than the dress. White silk tank top lining under the blouse and blue silk lining inside of the skirt. There is a hanging piece that looks like it was part of a belt or tie around the waist. CONDITION: The dress is in good condition. The color is an allover dull shade. There are spots of missing beads and embroidery. This dress was used in a theater so a zipper was added down the back, it was also taken in about 2 inches down each side. There are some small scattered holes in the chiffon and some faint white marks. Light discolor under the chiffon arms.
