Description: This is a fabulous vintage Navajo 1970's/1980's sterling silver Tyrone turquoise squash blossom necklace. This necklace features 17 beautiful bezel-set pieces of New Mexico Tyrone turquoise ranging in size from 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch to 7/8 inch by 11/16 inch all surrounded by silver roping and great scroll work. The sterling beads are all handmade and measure 5/16 inch in diameter. The metal acid tests for sterling silver. There is an etched "AN" on the back but it is unknown if that is the silversmith or the previous owner's initials. The Naja measures 3 3/4 inches wide by 3 1/8 inches long. The necklace measures 30 inches long. It weighs 6.93 ounces or 196.5 grams. It has great patina for its' age. Add this amazing vintage necklace to your collection.
