Pre-owned, this hand-blown piece is amazingly detailed. It is clear glass encased and has a small puddle of clear glass on the low point of the inside surface. The center of polished bottom has a 3/4" by 1/4" chip in the clear glass encasing, detail pictured 3rd to last pic of this listing.
