Description: From our late 102 year old grandma's effects comes this superb Gabriel Burmeister motto ware pitcher. Burmeister was a Swedish artist who lived from 1886 to 1946. Research seems to indicate his involvement in production of these pieces early in the 40's. It is inscribed on one side with: "Bast Av Allt Ar Eget Bo Var Och En Ar Herre Hemma". It is marked on the bottom and is numbered 149R. The other side is a floral pattern and above it is a silver "Gabriel" sticker. All this can be clearly seen in the pictures so please enlarge and review them. This piece is in exceptional condition with no cracks or chips.
