Description: DESCRIPTION:Vintage World War Two Era Military issue 30mm Elgin watch for REPAIR. The watch is not currently running. Appears to be a hairspring issue but I am not a watchmaker so not 100% sure on that. Corrosion around the rim of the case back where the top meets the stainless case back. Nice dial and hand set. Serial number: Y650310. Case back stamped: ORD DEPT USA NO OFA -7312. The strap might be original. It is quite beat up and will need to be changed but looks like its been through a war with the watch. Sold FOR REPAIR.
