Description: Vintage mid century modern Shabbat candlesticks or candle holders.Rare, one-of-a-kind, pair of candlesticks by Israeli artist Avraham Gofer. Circa 50s-70s.For use with the larger 1.5" diameter taper candles or standard candles (shown) with wax candle adhesive to hold the standard tapers upright.Cups for candles have some crazing from age. Candlestick on left in photos looks like it has been repaired between bottom of bowl and top of pedestal. Multiple close up photos show all angles of the repair. The repair is hard to see unless you closely examine the piece.Measurements are shown in photos.See all pictures for details of condition.
