This chair has been in a smoking home for decades and will contain odors and soiling. The condition of original upholstery is fair with wear and a few spots and burns marks or losses on the cushion, side, and the right arm (see pics). It appears to be missing two buttons on the lower tufting. Cushion is somewhat flattened. Original wood finish is worn away in areas. Sturdy and intact original condition.
