There are (2) fluorescent bulbs. The Unit weighs approx. 10 lbs. This is a vintage product. The metal is heavy. Both lights illuminate. The black paint has few scratches, and NO dings. If postage is needed, the Buyer pays the postage. When sent, the Light will be wrapped in both bubble wrap and padding. ANY excess postage paid, will be refunded. Postage will be expensive.
