Description: Light is tested and works. Does have flaws. The cord has black electrical tape. I did not unwrap or attempt to. Not sure of why it's wrapped but because light works I never touched it. It is also missing the top decorative pieces on the pink part at the top. It was only used for decoration, nothing functional. This light does show wear from age and use and then being stored. It would be best with someone who can clean it up a bit and make it sparkle. Made in France No chips or breaks in glass. Additional measurements in pictures
