Vintage Mexico Sterling Silver Green Onyx Aztec Warrior Face 17" Necklace 51.8g

Description: This is a lovely large/heavy vintage pre-owned necklace made in Mexico from solid sterling silver (marked Mexico Sterling on rear of pendant). It is made with a carved warrior Aztec/Mayan face center portion & links each containing elliptical shaped stones which are bezel set with a Green Onyx & a sterling silver stripe down the center of the stones. It has nice sterling beaded detailing surrounding the Onyx on both the center portion & the remaining stones. Center face section measures approx. 2 inches x 1.5 inches at longest/widest points. Necklace weighs 51.8g (to include sterling & stone weight)Has a hook style clasp. Necklace is approx. 17 inches in length but due to the larger stations, it fits a little smaller than this. Necklace is in good pre-owned condition with some light scratching to sterling due to age/use. Tiny divot/pin hole in nose (see last photo). Could benefit from a cleaning.
