Description: This vintage Mexican Folk Art Wood Swimming Mermaid is a rare find for collectors of Latin American culture. This piece is part of my personal collection and was purchased in Zihuatanego, Mexico in the 1990s. It is a great addition to any collection of folk art. There is a long crack from the left side of her face, and it continues down her back and to the middle of her fins. It has been cracked for many years and the condition has not worsened.
