It is a Colonial or Cape Cod style dollhouse with sailboats on the shutters and a bay window.This Wolverine dollhouse is model #805. It was made by Spang industries in the 1960s.It would make a great Christmas present for the little girl, all grown up now, who didn't get one in the 60s.This metal dollhouse is in great vintage condition with signs of age such as minor dents, scuffs, paint loss, and fading on one end (I noticed this fading is common on the same end in these dollhouses).
