Description: Vintage HEATH Ceramics Covered Farm-To-Table Medium Size Mid-Century Casserole Dish with Lid 1.5 Qt (6 cups) capacity Bowl is approximately 9.5" diameter, 3" height, 4.75" tall with lid. Speckled tan glaze on both the interior and exterior of the bowl, with a darker brown stripe around the rim. The ombre Sea & Sand colorway lid has matching speckled tan glaze on its underside/brown rim, and the top of the lid fades into a deep emerald green around the round central handle. Medium covered serving dish. Oven to table; not to be placed over direct heat. Great vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. One orange-colored stain noted on rim. There are superficial scratches throughout the inside of the dish consistent with age and regular use. "Functional as it is beautiful.
