Her wings & skirt are nylon stocking material that are attached with heavy wire to a plastic ornament for her ornament style body. She has a second opening under her dress for a tree topper. Her pipe cleaner arms appear to have held something as there is glue residue discoloration. You can decide if you want to give her a candle or choir book to hold if you'd like.
