The dress features a beautiful tonal stripe bodice with puckered top and lace trim around the neckline. It has 3/4 sleeve with gathered cuffs. The dress has a chambray skirt with empire waist with orange and yellow embroidered cats along the waist and yellow ricrac trim. The skirt features a ruffle skirt hem.
