Description: Here is a vintage Lorraine nightgown and matching robe. It is marked as a size XS, but the bust measures 17” across from underarm to underarm. However it does have a drawstring right there to cinch it tighter (that is the measurement completely un-cinched). It is black with black embroidery. The nightgown has a very high slit on the left side. The nightgown is about 52.5” in total length but the slit starts at 25.5” down. The nightgown pulls over the head, there is no zipper. The robe has 3 buttons and a tie. Upon close inspection I noticed a few of the black lace areas of the gown have a tad but of a lighter discoloration, please see photos. There is also one part on the right side of the bust where the lace trim edge is separated, its less than 1 inch, please see last photo. The robe measures about 16.5” across from underarm to underarm when it is buttoned closed. I dont find any issues with the robe. This nightgown set is not 100 percent perfect but it is still gorgeous and unique! I purchased this about 12-15 years ago, tried it on and never personally wore it.
