Vintage Longines WW2 Era Solid 14K Gold Mens Watch 9LN 17J 1944 Serviced

Description: This is a vintage wristwatch dating to 1944. This is handsome, clean, and in very good condition. This has been professionally cleaned and checked. The movement has just been serviced. The case has not been polished or restored and it retains a patina that collectors will appreciate. The watch runs very well and keeps time. The time sets as it should. The case is solid 14kt yellow gold and it is about 30mm wide not including the crown. It is about 37mm long to the tips of the lugs. The movement is a high quality Longines 9LN and it has 17 jewels. The band is a new old stock vintage 1940s Genuine Pigskin leather strap. The total length of the watch is about 7 3/4 inches. This uses a 16mm band which could easily be replaced if you prefer a different style or length. The crystal is clean and clear and has no scratches. The dial has a lot of patina and is depicted accurately in the pictures. Please see my other listings...I am always listing rare watches and chronographs.
