The case surrounding the white face appears to be machined which gives it the look of having Vertical Ghost Lines. The watch itself works great for its age & keeps good time however it doesn't want to operate once its installed in its original case. I left it upside down without the case attached & simply blew on the large wheel backside & it started & performed just fine running for a couple of days straight see the last photo for details This attractive watch should be serviced & adjusted by a competent & trusted horologist. The watch isn't going to be a watch you can put on your wrist & its good to go right out of the box it will need to be serviced first. The watch measures approximately 9 inches in overall length, & the Gold finish on top of the lower area of the watch band shows normal wear from wrist fitment see picture 12 for the exact details.
