No holes,a few white stains ( you ciuld cover w black permanent marker,no odors or signs of excessive wear. *There's NO tag inside*. So measurements are included and are the actual measurements. If you have a pair of over-alls to see what you usually wear that's great. Some people like them bigger than other pants to allow for layering shirts etc, so please keep that in mind. Someone that has a pair just like this is saying they are vintage and made in USA. Just tossing that out there, I don't know. They have the double knee and it's open at the bottom for inserting a pad if wanted. Zipper and 'snaps' work fine. Regular over-all fading from wash/wear. Not extra at the knees.
