Description: I have a large queen sea shell that measures 11" by 8.5". It is very old as it belonged to my Great Grandfather & is probably from the 1930's, 1940's or 1950's. He must have gotten it on one of his trips because I remember it from my childhood. It has a label that can't be read so it may have been purchased at a gift shop. It is smooth in some areas, has a nice pink color on the inside & the outer shell has very nice character. I have used it as a decorative piece & as an bookend.
