Vintage Large Industrial Adalet Explosion Proof Pendant Light Globe

Description: Adalet Explosion Proof Pendant Light (HUGE)Slightly used condition, rewired and ready to go. I added the top with the four screws and 1/2" pipe threads to make the light user friendly. It originally had an electric box with no good way to mount. These lights were designed to accommodate a 500 watt incandescent bulb! The socket is a large size mogul base. If the buyer would like, I will include an easily removable socket adapter to allow the light to utilize any standard household size medium base bulb, including LED's. The light is pictured with a large 300 watt standard base bulb, available at any Big-Box Store, mine came from Menards.I've added a good ground for safety, my commercial customers love this addition...pass your inspections!!The light measures 12 inches from the bottom of the globe to the top of the cover, 21" from the bottom of the globe to the ceiling. The l/2"down-rods shown are 6 inches . 3 or 12 inch available for no additional charge. If no choice is made, I will send 6" galvanized down-rods with your purchase. I tend to each and every one as if I was restoring it for public exhibition...I'm extremely proud of my work. No time expense was spared during the restoration of these amazing vintage lights. Light will be shipped in pieces to insure safe arrival; re-assembly is EASILY accomplished by purchaser. These guys are relatively heavy.
