Vintage Knickerbocker 1959 Walt Disney Zorro Target with EX Box Dart Set

One door is off -- Hinges have claw feet that press into the front of target -- see closeup. That part will need your care but everything works on this prime Zorro collectible. Dart Gun is STRONG, Knickerbocker was the best. 3 Original darts with original rubber tips nest in holes provided in side box Note these hinges are always the weak link on this set and likely the reason Knickerbocker pulled it so soon off the market. It displays vibrantly but -- doors weak, the fun and display-ability is strong. Complete: - Box good color- Gun works great - very strong - Target with operating Zorro and operating Garcia bright colorful - 3 original Darts match gun - Both (2) Original stands - 1 door needs repair This set is a featured item in the new "Adventures" toy book. Looking in at the target set, along the package frame on the right, extract the target holder "feet" of swirled plastic. These fit the slots in the bottom of the target snugly. Stand 'er up and remove some darts, aim and ... shoot! Set was mint but fell off table popping off 1 door. Door is still perfect and displays perfect. It has "clawed" pincers on back of hinge to clamp in or otherwise secure to front of target. Original box is thin cardboard, probably not a lot around a lot this clean in good condition.Both target holder/feet present, box is good with minor foxing; original bottom and all the holders are present, great snapping action when you fix the door.
