There is no damage, and the clothing is in great condition. There are a total of eight bells, on his feet on the bottom of his shirt, and on his hat. His clothing is soft velvet, like, sequence along his wrists and the edge of his hat. Some iridescent, shiny material . Please use zoom to see specific details . The face and hands are a very hard plastic. There are no makers tags only the one on the back that says “this is not a toy for decorative use only”.
