Handle on top for carrying. Made of Hinoki (Cypress) and Kirinoki (Paulownia) woods. Constructed using Japanese straight dovetail joinery technique and hardened wooden nails. Previous owner who lived in Japan used this as a tackle box so all tackle gear as shown is included in this listing. Age of this box is from the 1950's.
