Description: Here is a vintage Italian San Marino fat lava vase that has the image of a girl on the front. It is actually a sealed decanter so you would have to break the seal to use it as a vase, the contents have dried up when you shake it you can hear the hard bits. There were some bits of left over labels on the back, one piece actually fell off while I was handling it (see photos 8 and 9), the labels are very dry some more may flake off while handling for shipping.Around the image of the girl it has a black and white textured fat lava glaze. The vase is hallmarked on the bottom Made in Italy. It measures about 11 inches tall, about 2 1/2 inch across the top, about 2 3/4 inch across the bottom and about 5 inches across the widest point. This lovely vase has a couple of chips in the lava glaze at the top (see photo 10), this may be from manufacture but I'm not sure. Otherwise it is in good condition, ready to display.
