He plays "It's A Small World", and his top half dances by doing a large circle. He has bright blue eyes, white hair and mustache, wears a black hat and a long brown coat. Stands at approximately 9 inches high, and measures approximately 3 & 1/2 inches across at the base. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ He winds up, plays music, and dances great - but at about the 3/4 mark loosens a little bit and drops lower more quickly than he's supposed to. Other moderate wear typical for age and use like loose seams, and some spots on his cheeks that won't seem to come off.
