Description: Vintage high end designer rhinestone brooch.It is round, domed with 4 layers in total.The stones are mostly round with skinny navettes along the edge or rim, and are a littlebit darker than the other stones. Vivid bright green teal color, with light blueaurora borealis stones. They do not test asglass, so likely acrylic, as a few do glow.The back is all riveted prongs, indicative of thelate 40's - 50's.
