Description: This is a vintage professional Henry Selmer Paris - Bb Bass Clarinet from the mid late 20’s. Incredibly well kept for its age (2 owners only) I got it after the first owner passed. Only one barely visible small professional crack repair from 40 years ago (see picture) on the tenon. Incredible sound and response, in my experience as a professional much better than later Selmer and Buffett models (probably why Jazz musicians like Chris Potter prefer it) The instrument is in playing condition but in need of adjustment and fine tuning given that its overhaul is around 7 years old! All pads are like new and show no signs of wear. Does not come with an original case but in a very nice ergonomic and compact Yamaha Case. Pictures speak for themselves
