Description: Wonderful antique vintage ironstone gravy boat in white gloss finish with light soft brown - caramel colored really - transferware flowers along top half of piece. Also has some gilded gold detailing along middle of piece and on handle - shows some minor wear. Marked on bottom UTOPIAN SEMI-PORCELAIN HENRY ALCOCK & CO ENGLAND RR No 183197. Also embossed on bottom R. 198673. There is some browning along back upper edge on one side - please see pics - that is typical of older ironstone pieces. Which makes it perfectly imperfect. Stands 4 inches tall at front spout and back handle - 2-3/4 inches tall in between. Measures 8 inches from front of spout to back of handle and is not quite 4 inches wide. A very pretty shabby chic addition to your dinner table! Selling from clean and non-smoking household. Thanks for looking!
